Key words: Social responsibility, Financial performance, Economic institutions. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى فهم دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث تم إجراء الدراسة في مؤسسات مطاحن الهضاب العليا سطيف والمؤسسة الوطنية للمنتجات الكهرو كيميائية والمؤسسة الوطنية لإنتاج اللوالب والسكاكين والصنابير. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، حيث تم تصميم استبيان لجمع البيانات من خلال توزيعه على عينة تتألف من 80 فردًا بينما تم استرجاع75 استمارة صالحة للتحليل، وذلك من خلال زيارات ميدانية متعددة.
وقمنا بتحليلها باستخدام SPSS V 26 وذلك بالاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية (الانحراف المعياري، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحدار المتعدد) وقبل ذلك تم التأكد من صلاحية البيانات بالاعتماد اختبار التوزيع الطبيعي واختبار التجانس. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن للمسؤولية الاجتماعية دور في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة.
Abstract
This study aimed to understand the role of the social responsibility in improving the financial performance of economic institutions. Thus, the study was conducted in the institutions of The High Plateaus Mills, Sétif, The National Institution of the Electrochemical Products, and the National Institution of the Production of Spirals, knives and Taps. The study adopted the descriptive and the analytical approach, to carry out the study, a questionnaire was designed to collect data by distributing it to a sample of 80 individuals, while 75 forms are retrieved for analysis, through multiple field visits. The data were analyzed by using SPSS V 26 relying on statistical methods (standard deviation, arithmetic average, multiple regression) and before that, the validity of the data is confirmed by approving the normality test and homogeneity test. The study reached many results in which it reveals the role of the social responsibility in improving the financial performance of the institution.
