Modernization, Tax administration, Modernization of tax administration, Efficiency ,Efficiency of tax administration officials, Setif tax center | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر عصرنة الإدارة الجبائية على كفاءة أعوان الإدارة الجبائية في مركز الضرائب سطيف، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعلاه، تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان بهدف جمع البيانات من 37موظف (عينة الدراسة)، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الاستمارة اعتمادا على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحدار الخطي البسيط وغيرها. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، كان من أبرزها: _ وجود أثر لعصرنة الإدارة الجبائية على كفاءة أعوان الإدارة الجبائية في مركز الضرائب سطيف؛ _ لا يوجد أثر لاستخدام الأنظمة الرقمية على كفاءة أعوان الإدارة الجبائية في مركز الضرائب سطيف؛ _ لا يوجد أثر للتدريب المستمر على كفاءة أعوان الإدارة الجبائية في مركز الضرائب سطيف This study aims to highlight the impact of the modernization of the tax administration on the efficiency of the tax administration staff at the setif tax center and to achieve the objectives of the above study, the questionnair was relied on in order to collect data from 37 employees (study sample) and the statistical package program for social sciences (SPSS)was used to analyze the from data based on. through this study, we came to a set of results, the most prominent of which were: _ The presence of the impact of the modernization of the tax administration on the efficiency of the tax administration staff in the setif tax center; _ There is no impact of the ues of digital systems on the efficiency of tax administration staff at the setif tax center ; _ There is on effect of continuous training on the competence of tax administration officials at the setif tax center | | En ligne : | https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZRWBfegzeH4HmUSeIgnIimxiHjhf8pGP/view?usp=drive [...] |
