تهدف هذه الدراسة لدراسة اليات دعم وتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة كآلية حديثة حيث ركزت على حاضنات الاعمال وصندوق تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة ، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على الاستراتيجيات المتبعة لتحقيق الهدف ،والجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة الجزائرية للنهوض بهذا القطاع .
باستخدام احصائيات ومعطيات وزارة الصناعة وتحليلها ، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج أهمها ان الجزائر تعتبر في المراحل الأولى لتبني مثل هكذا استراتيجيات تمويلية ضخمة ، بسبب نقص راس المال المستثمر بالإضافة الى غياب الرقابة والتسيير الأمثل للمشاريع وتمركزها في قطاعات معينة دون الأخرى.
Abstract
This study aims to Investigate the mechanisms of supporting and financing startups as a modern type of Institutions, where it focused on Business Incubators and the fund for financing startups, by highlighting the strategies used to achieve the goal, and the efforts exerted by the Algerian state to promote this sector . Using the statistics and data of the Ministry of Industry and analyzing them by adopting the exel Data tab program . This study reached a number of conclusions, the most Important of which is that Algeria Is in the early stages of adopting such huge financing strategies, due to the lack of Invested capital, in addition to the absence of Optimal Control and management of projects and their concentration in certain sectors and not others.
