Keywords: knowledge, knowledge management, quality, higher education, higher education quality | | Résumé : | تناولت هذه الدراسة مفهوم إدارة المعرفة وجودة التعليم العالي، وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي، وذلك من خلال معالجة الإشكالية الأساسية حول دور إدارة المعرفة في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي، حيث تبعنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري أما فيما يخص الجانب التطبيقي فقد إعتمدنا على أسلوب دراسة الحالة بإستخدام أداة جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الإستبيان والذي تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 31 أستاذا من أساتذة كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة فرحات عباس سطيف -1- لإختبار فرضيات الدراسة إعتمادا على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية(SPSS) وتمثلت أهم النتائج في وجود أثر معنوي إيجابي لإدارة المعرفة على تحسين جودة التعليم العالي كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة فرحات عباس سطيف -1-.
Abstract :
This study examined the concept of knowledge management and the quality of higher education. This study was aimed at highlighting the role of knowledge management in improving the quality of higher education. By addressing the fundamental problem of knowledge management's role in improving the quality of higher education In this study, we followed the analytical descriptive curriculum in the theoretical aspect. In the applied aspect, we relied on the case study method using the data collection tool of the questionnaire, which was distributed to a sample of 31 professors from the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences of Farhat Abbas Setif University. To test the study hypotheses, based on the Social Science Statistical Package Program (SPSS), the most important results were: Positive moral impact of knowledge management on improving the quality of higher education Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Farhat Abbas Setif University.
