Mots-clés: Startups, Financement, Financement participatif, Incubateur d'entreprises, Université Sétif 1, Algérie. | | Résumé : | هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل إشكالية وصعوبات تطبيق التمويل التساهمي في المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر،لا سيما في ظل اعتباره من أهم مصادر التمويل الحديثة التي توفر بديل تنافسي للآليات التقليدية،ومن ثم الوقوف على أهم العراقيل والصعوبات التي تعيق تطبيقه.شملت الدراسة عينة من المؤسسات الناشئة الموطنة لدى حاضنة الأعمال لجامعة فرحات عباس سطيف-1-وعددها 43 من أصل 90 مشروع مبتكر.
توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود وعي كبير لدى أصحاب المؤسسات الناشئة بمدى أهميتها في الاقتصاد الوطني،وأن محدودية مصادر التمويل التقليدية أدت للبحث عن آليات تمويل أخرى،واعتبروا أن التمويل التساهمي أسلوب مستحدث يمكن الاعتماد عليه،كما لقت العلاقة الطردية بين الأطر التنظيمية وهذا التمويل قبولا كبيرا لدى أصحاب الأفكار الريادية،معتبرين أن التمويل التساهمي بديلا جيدا للخيارات التمويلية المتوفرة للمؤسسات الناشئة بالنسبة للدولة الجزائرية.وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج تم تقديم جملة من المقترحات تصب كلها نحو نشر ثقافة التمويل التساهمي وعصرنة أجهزة الدعم والمرافقة بما فيها الحاضنات الجامعية.
Abstract:
The study aimed to analyze the problematics and difficulties of applying crowdfunding in startups in Algeria, especially considering it one of the most important modern funding sources that provide a competitive alternative to traditional mechanisms. It sought to identify the main obstacles and challenges hindering its implementation. The study included a sample of startups hosted by the business incubator at Ferhat Abbas University - Setif 1, comprising 43 out of 90 innovative projects.
The study found a high level of awareness among startup owners about the importance of startups in the national economy. It also highlighted that the limitations of traditional funding sources have led to the search for other funding mechanisms, with crowdfunding being considered a modern approach that can be relied upon. There was significant acceptance among entrepreneurial thinkers of the positive relationship between regulatory frameworks and this type of funding, viewing crowdfunding as a good alternative to the available funding options for startups in Algeria. In light of these findings, several recommendations were made, all aimed at promoting the culture of crowdfunding and modernizing support and accompaniment systems, including university incubators.
Résumé :
L'étude visait à analyser les problématiques et les difficultés de l'application du financement participatif dans les startups en Algérie, notamment en le considérant comme l'une des sources de financement modernes les plus importantes offrant une alternative compétitive aux mécanismes traditionnels. A travers cette étude, il était viséd’identifier les principaux obstacles et défis entravant sa mise en œuvre. L'étude a touché un échantillon de 43 startups hébergées par l'incubateur de l'Université Ferhat Abbas - Sétif 1sur un total de 90.
L'étude a révélé un niveau élevé de sensibilisation parmi les propriétaires de startups quant à l'importance de ces dernières dans l'économie nationale. Elle a également souligné que les limitations des sources de financement traditionnelles ont conduit à la recherche d'autres mécanismes de financement. À la lumière de ces résultats, plusieurs recommandations ont été faites, toutes visant à promouvoir la culture du financement participatif et à moderniser les systèmes de soutien et d'accompagnement, y compris les incubateurs universitaires.
