And Environment (HSE) sytem _Employee performance_ Performanceimprovement_IRIS Foundation_Setif. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق نظام الصحة والسلامة والبيئة على أداء العاملين، دراسة تطبيقية لشركة_IRIS_ وحدة سطيف، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مجموعة عاملين شركة _IRIS_، وتم تصميم استمارة وتوزيعها على عينة من 30 عامل من مجتمع الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي(SPSS) بهدف تحليل بيانات الاستمارة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة:
- وجود تأثير إيجابي مباشر لنظام (HSE) على أداء العاملين من حيث توفير بيئة عمل صحية وجيدة تساهم في زيادة الإبداع والمبادرة لدى العامل.
- كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات والتطبيقات النظرية والعملية.
Abstract:
This study aims to identify the impact of the health .Safety. And Environment (HSE) system on omployee performance, this is an applied study of the IRIS Company, Setif Unit, The study population consisted of a group of a group of IRIS employees, A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 30 employees from the study population, The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach using the statistical analysis program (SPSS) to analyze the questionnaire data, the study results showed a direct:
_There is a direct positive impact of the HSE system on Employee performance in terms of providing a healthy and good work environment.
_Which contributes toincreasing creativityandintiative among workers
_The study also presented a set of recommendations and theoretical and practical application.
