وتعرضت لأهمية الطاقات المتجددة كبديل مستدام ومتمم لمصادر الطاقة التقليدية وتأثيرها الإيجابي على الاقتصاد الوطني، مثل تقليص التبعية للوقود الأحفوري وخفض الانبعاثات الكربونية. وتركّز من جهة أخرى علىالحلول المتاحة للتحديات التي تواجه تطبيق هذه الاستراتيجية مثل التمويل، التكنولوجيا المتقدمة، الوعي المجتمعي والعديد من التحديات الأخرى.
من خلالالدراسة التطبيقية، تم تحليل الوضع الحالي للقطاعات الثلاثة (النقل، الصناعة، والسكن) في الجزائر فيما يخص استخدامات الطاقات المتجددة فيها، مع تقديم اقتراحات لاستراتيجيات فعّالة لتوسيع نطاق استخدامها.
وثمنت الدراسة التجارب الدولية الناجحة في هذا المجال، مثل التجربة الالمانيةوتجربة الدول الاسكندنافية، مع التركيز على مدى إمكانية تكييف هذه التجارب لتناسب السياق الوطني، بهدف تعزيز التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق الفائدة الاقتصادية والبيئية على المدى الطويل
Abstract:
The study discusses the strategy for promoting the use of renewable energy in various economic sectors in Algeria, with a focus on the transportation, industry and housing sectors. The study aims to provide an integrated vision on how to enhance the use of renewable energy sources in these vital sectors, based on recent experiences in other countries.
The study initially addresses the importance of renewable energy as a sustainable and complementary alternative to traditional energy sources and its positive impact on the national economy, such as reducing dependence on fossil fuels and reducing carbon emissions. On the other hand, it focuses on the available solutions to the challenges facing the implementation of this strategy, such as financing, advanced technology, community awareness and many other challenges.
Through the applied study, the current situation of the three sectors (transport, industry and housing) in Algeria was analyzed in terms of the use of renewable energy in them, with suggestions for effective strategies to expand the scope of their use.
The study benefits from successful international experiences in this field, such as the German experience and the experience of Scandinavian countries, with a focus on the extent to which these experiences can be adapted to suit the national context, with the aim of promoting sustainable development and achieving economic and environmental benefits in the long term.
