This study provides theoretical and statistical explaining the relationship between the components of intellectual capital and its investment processes, and the extent of their contribution to promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship among academic youth in facultiesof farhat Abbesuniversity of setif 1, and the National Institute specialized in vocational traning district 500 setif, district in particular for the purpose, the framework was addressed, general theory on the topics of entrepreneurship and investment in intellectual capitalthrough various contributions and intellectual research concerned with this , in addition to addressing the diagnosis of the reality of investment operations in intellectual capital through the processes of education and vocational training in university colleges and the National Institute specialized in vocational training in the place of study.
This study concluded that there is a kind of relationship with a positive but weak effect between the components of intellectual capital (human capital, customer capital, structural capital) and aspects related to the entrepreneurial spirit, components of the entrepreneurial spirit ,Entrepreneurship support devices for academic youth.
