The openness of the Algerian banking system to private and foreign investmentrequiredthemonetaryauthorityrepresentedbytheBankofAlgeriaas the highest monetary authority seeking to implement more effectively the regulatory and legal rules governing and controlling the banking operations of commercial banks in order to achieve monetary stability. And the smooth functioning of its work in accordance with the established plans, especially after theexpansionofcommercialbanksontheonehandandtherapiddevelopmentof financial instruments, which are the main subsidies of this financing by creating legislationandlawstoregulate,controlandcorrectimbalancesanderrorsduring banking operations. In view of the possibility of all these events, Algeria has devised mechanisms and regulatory bodies with authority aimed at ensuring the validity and legality of the operations carried out by these banks, with a view to ensuring the structural balance of the financial components of banking institutions,reducingbankingrisksandcurbingandcorrectingthemanipulations that may occur in order to safeguard the interests of customers and banking institutions alike.
