يخيم شبح حوادث المرور على مجتمعاتنا، تاركا وراءه ضحايا وآثار مادية وإجتماعية جسيمة. ولطالما سعى الإنسان جاهدا للحد من هذه الظاهرة، فالتكنولوجيا الحديثة تعد بمثابة شعاع أمل يُضيء درب السلامة في الطرقات. ومن هذا المنطلق هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الهام الذي تلعبه التكنولوجيا الحديثة في التعزيز السلامة المرورية والتقليل من ظاهرة حوادث المرور، فالتطور التكنولوجي في قطاع النقل على مدار السنوات الأخيرة فتح آفاقا واسعة لتعزيز السلامة المرورية من خلال ابتكارات وتقنيات وأنظم ثورية مدمجة في المركبات والبنى التحتية والتي تساهم بشكل فعال في تقليل الحوادث وإنقاذ الأرواح.
بالرغم مما تحقق من تقدم في قطاع النقل بالجزائر و وجود بعص من البوادر لاستخدام أنظمة النقل الذكية إلا أنه لا يزال يعاني من شبح حوادث المرور الأمر الذي دفعنا إلى إجراء استبيان لعينة حول دور التكنولوجيا الحديثة ودورها في السلامة المرورية في الجزائر لتحصيل السبب الرئيسي لحوادث المرور في طرقاتنا وتثمين دور التكنولوجيا الحديثة كوسيلة للحد من هذه الظاهرة.
Abstract:
The specter of traffic accidents looms over our communities, leaving behind victims and significant material and social impacts and losses. Humanity has always worked diligently to reduce this phenomenon, and modern technology represents a beacon of hope lighting the path to road safety. This study aims to highlight the crucial role that modern technology plays in enhancing traffic safety and reducing the incidence of traffic accidents. The technological advancements in the transport sector over recent years have opened wide horizons for improving road safety through innovative technologies and revolutionary systems integrated into vehicles and infrastructure, which significantly contribute to reducing accidents and saving lives.
Despite the progress that made in Algeria’s transport sector and the presence of some effort to use intelligent transport systems, but unfortunately the traffic accidents remain a big concern. This inspired us to perform a quiz on the role of modern technology in traffic safety in Algeria to understand the real main causes of road accidents and to explore and appreciate the mean role of the modern technology as to reduce this phenomenon.
