تتناول هذه الدراسة انعكاسات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على الإمداد الطاقوي الدولي، حيث تسلط الضوء على تأثيرات النزاع على تدفقات وأسعار الطاقة العالمية. تتبع الدراسة تطورات الحرب وأسبابها والخلفية التاريخية التي أدت إلى اندلاعها، وكذلك العقوبات التي فرضت على روسيا. تم تحليل دور روسيا كأكبر مصدر للنفط والغاز الطبيعي، وأهمية أوكرانيا كدولة ترانزيت رئيسية لهذه الموارد إلى أوروبا. كما بحثت في تداعيات الحرب على العلاقات الدولية والأسواق المالية والقطاعات الاقتصادية، وتحديدًا تأثيراتها المباشرة على أسعار النفط والغاز. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الحرب أدت إلى اضطرابات كبيرة في تدفقات الطاقة وتقلبات حادة في الأسعار، مما دفع الدول إلى تنويع مصادرها الطاقوية وتعزيز التعاون الدولي والإقليمي. أوصت الدراسة بتنويع مصادر الطاقة، تحسين كفاءة استخدامها، وتطوير البنية التحتية للطاقة، بالإضافة إلى الاستثمار في التكنولوجيا النظيفة وزيادة التعاون الدولي لمواجهة تحديات أمن الطاقة وتحقيق الاستدامة. تجسد هذه النتائج التحديات العميقة التي تواجه نظام الطاقة العالمي نتيجة النزاعات الجيوسياسية، مؤكدة على ضرورة تبني استراتيجيات مرنة لضمان استقرار الإمدادات في المستقبل.

This study examines the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on international energysupply, highlighting the conflict’seffects on global energy flows and prices. It traces the war’sdevelopments, its causes, and the historical background leading to itsoutbreak, alongwith the sanctions imposed on Russia. The studyanalyzesRussia'srole as a major oil and naturalgas supplier and Ukraine's importance as a key transit country for theseresources to Europe. It explores the war'srepercussions on international relations, financialmarkets, and economicsectors, particularlyits direct impact on oil and gasprices. The studyconcludesthat the war has causedsignificant disruptions in energy flows and sharpprice fluctuations, prompting countries to diversifytheirenergy sources and enhance international and regionalcooperation. Recommendationsincludediversifyingenergy sources, improvingenergyefficiency, developingenergy infrastructure, investing in clean technology, and increasing international collaboration to addressenergysecurity challenges and achievesustainability. Thesefindings highlight the profound challenges facing the global energy system due to geopoliticalconflicts, emphasizing the need for flexible strategies to ensure future supplystability.
