تعالج الدراسة الحالية بشقيها النظري والتطبيقي موضوع واقع التأمينات الفلاحية في الجزائر وأثرها على التنمية الفلاحية، وتحديد أثر التامين الفلاحي على التنمية الفلاحيةخلال الفترة 2010 الى غاية 2020 وذلك بدراسة أحد مؤشراتها وهو الإنتاج الفلاحي.
وبغية الوصول إلى الموضوع اتخذنا الصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي بولاية سطيف(CRMA)، ليكون حيزا لإسقاط الجانب النظري لهذه الدراسة على أرض الواقع،وبناءا عليه استطعنا الوقوف على أهمية المكاسب التي يتحصل عليها الفلاح،نتيجة توجهه للصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي مما يساهم في توفير هامشالأمان والاطمئنان للفلاح ويدفعه لمضاعفة استثماره ونشاطه، ومن ثم الارتقاءبالإنتاج الفلاحي على المستوى المحلي بولاية سطيف ومن ثم على المستوى الوطني.
The current study, in both its theoretical and applied aspects, addresses the issue of the reality of agricultural insurance in Algeria and its impact on agricultural development, and determines the impact of agricultural insurance on agricultural development during the period 2010 to 2020 by studying one of its indicators, which is agricultural production.
In order to reach the subject, we took the Regional Fund for Agricultural Cooperation in the state of Setif (CRMA), as a space to project the theoretical aspect of this study on the ground, and accordingly we were able to identify the importance of the gains that the farmer obtains, as a result of his orientation to the Regional Fund for Agricultural Cooperation, which contributes to providing a margin of safety. The reassurance of the farmer encourages him to double his investment and activity, and then improve agricultural production at the local level in the state of Setif and then at the national level.
