Key words:information and communication technology, knowledge management, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application | | Résumé : | يهدف البحث إلى معرفة أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على إدارة المعرفة ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم القيام بدراسة حالة مؤسسة البريد والمواصلات فرع سطيف باستعمال مجموعة من أدوات جمع البيانات، حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية في البحث والتي تم توزيعها على 40 موظف في الإدارة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة تم استرجاع 30 استبانة صالحة للتحليل، وتم الاعتماد على التحليل الإحصائيالوصفي، SPSS .
توصل البحث إلى وجود أثر لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على كل من توليد المعرفة وتخزين المعرفة ومشاركة المعرفة وتطبيق المعرفة، كما تساهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تسهيل تبادل المعلومات وتخزينها والرجوع إليها بالإضافة إلى تحسين الأداء.
The research aims to know the impact of information and communication technology on knowledge management. To achieve this goal, a case study was conducted of the Postal and Transportation Corporation, Setif branch, using a set of data collection tools. The questionnaire was relied upon as a main tool in the research, which was distributed to 40 employees in the administration of the institution under study. 30 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis, and SPSS descriptive statistical analysis was relied upon. The research concluded that there is an impact of information and communication technology on both knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application. Information and communication technology also contributes to facilitating the exchange of information, storage, and return,In addition to improving performance.
