منذ ذلك الوقت أصبحت جميع عمليات التسوية بين شركات التأمين الجزائرية تجرى عن طريق هذه المنصة.كما تمت الإشارة في هذه الدراسة إلى دورها في تسهيل عملية التواصل والتسوية في شركات التأمين إضافة إلى الإيجابيات و السلبيات المرتبطة باستخدامها وأخيرا أثرها على تسوية الملفات في شركة (SAA)حيث توصلنا إلى زيادة في معدلات التسوية والتعويض مقارنة بالسنوات السابقة وتسهيل جميع العمليات المتعلقة بالتعويض والتسوية في الشركة.
على العموم وجود منصات مثل منصة التسوية الالكترونية في الجزائر يمكن أن يمهد الطريق لمشاريع أخرى لرقمنة النشاطات الرئيسية لشركات التأمين.
Abstract:
This study was presented with the aim of knowing the role of electronic claim settlement management in Algerian insurance companies, with a case study of SAA, where the descriptive analytical approach was used to collect and analyze data, and it was concluded through this study that the (e-Recours) platform is the first national digital platform specialized in electronic processing of car accident files, It was established by the Algerian Unified Office (BUAA) in October 2022 and since that time all settlement processes between Algerian insurance companies are done through this platform.
It was also pointed out in this study to its role in facilitating the process of communication and settlement in insurance companies, in addition to the positive and negative aspetcs associated with its use.
Finally its impact on the settlement of files in SAA, where an increase in settlement and compensation rates was reached compared to previous years in addition to facilitating all operations related to compensation and settlement in the company.
Overall, the existence of platforms such as the e-settlement platform in Algeria could pave the way for other projects to digitalize the main activities of insurance companies.
