حيث توصلت من خلال هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على الأمن الدوائي وأهم متطلباته الاستراتيجية التي يجب اتباعها من طرف الدولة الجزائرية لتحقيق هذا المطلب الاستراتيجي، فهو ضرورة للحفاظ على سيادة الدولة كما أنه يزداد الحاحا ضمن التطورات السياسية المتسارعة والظروف الدولية المتقلبة خاصة خلال الأزمات مع ابراز التحديات والمعيقات التي تواجه تحقيق الأمن الدوائي.
أما في الفصل الثاني فقد تطرقت الى واقع الصناعة الصيدلانية في الجزائر ، حيث أصبحت الدولة الجزائرية تعول على هذا القطاع في استراتيجياتها نحو التنويع الاقتصادي ، لما لهذا القطاع من أهمية و دور كبير في تحقيق الأمن الدوائي و الصحي لدى المواطنين ، وقد ركزت على مجموعة من العناصر منها إجراءات تنظيمالقطاع الصيدلاني ، مكانة الصناعة الصيدلانية في الإنتاج المحلي الجزائري ، تطور سوق المنتجات الصيدلانية في الجزائر ، حجم الإنتاج الوطني من المنتجات الصيدلانية في الجزائر ، كما تم ذكر أهم شركات صناعة الأدوية في الجزائر والتي تسيطر عليها مجموعتي صيدال وبيو فارم ، بالإضافة الى التعرف على أهم الشراكات التي أقامتها الجزائر مع الدول الأجنبية و التي تتبادل معها منتجاتها من الصناعة الصيدلانية سواء عن طريق الاستيراد أو التصدير.
This study aims to identify the requirements for pharmaceutical security in Algeria and highlight the role of pharmaceutical industry in achieving pharmaceutical security and identifying the most important partnerships established by the Algerian government in the pharmaceutical industry sector, in light of the economic openness between different countries of the world.
