هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المحاسبة السحابية في تحسين كفاءة التدقيق الداخلي، حيث أصبح يواجه مجال التدقيق الداخلي تحديات وفرصا جديدة مع التطور التكنولوجي،خاصة مع ظهور تقنيات المحاسبة السحابية، ونظرا لاعتماد المؤسسات المتزايد على هذه التقنية، بات من الضروري دراسة كيفية استخدامها بشكل فعال لتعزيز كفاءة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي.
من أجل الوصول إلى نتائج هذه الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال الإطار النظري فتم التوصل إلى أن المحاسبة السحابية تساهم في تحسين كفاءة التدقيق الداخلي من خلال الوصول إلى البيانات باستخدام أي جهاز متصل بالأنترنت وفي أي وقت ومن أي مكان، كما تساعد على تقليل الوقت والجهد المبذول في عمليات التدقيق، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج التحليلي، ولغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة استبيان وزعت على 31 مفردة من الأكاديميين و المدققين الداخليين لبعض من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية بولاية سطيف.
وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن للمحاسبة السحابية دور فعال وبالغ الأهمية في تحسين كفاءة التدقيق الداخلي وبالتالي يمكن استخدامها كبديل عن المحاسبة التقليدية.
Abstract:
This study aims to identify the role of cloud accounting in improving the efficiency of internal audit. The field of internal audit faces new challenges and opportunities with technological advancements, especially with the emergence of cloud accounting technologies. Given the increasing reliance of institutions on this technology, it has become necessary to study how to use it effectively to enhance the efficiency of internal audit processes.
To achieve the results of this study, the descriptive approach was used through the theoretical framework. It was concluded that cloud accounting contributes to improving the efficiency of internal audit by providing access to data using any device connected to the internet at any time and from anywhere. It also helps in reducing the time and effort expended in audit operations. In the practical aspect, the analytical approach was adopted. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to 31 individuals from academics and internal auditors of some economic institutions in the Algerian province of Sétif.
This study concluded a set of results, the most notable of which are:
Cloud accounting plays an effective and vital role in improving the efficiency of internal audit and can therefore be used as an alternative to traditional accounting.
