تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور السياسات التجارية في تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي للدول بصفة عامة وللجزائر بصفة خاصة، حيث أن السياسات التجارية المتبعة سابقا لم تكن لها نتائج إيجابية نوعا ما، ما أدى بالجزائر الى التفكير في طرق أخرى لإنعاش اقتصادها والنهوض به وكان في النهاية قرار التوجه نحو تحرير التجارة والذي بدوره يرفع مستويات التنافسية بين الإنتاج المحلي والأجنبي.
فتحسين الأداء الاقتصادي يعتبر الهدف الأساسي لأي دولة والذي تسعى جاهدة لتحقيقه من خلال تطبيقها لأي سياسة تجارية أو اقتصادية وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مؤشرات الأداء الاقتصادي الجزائري شهدت عدة تغيرات وتطورات خلال فترة الدراسة التي لعب فيها قطاع المحروقات دور أساسيا في تحريك توازنات المؤشرات الداخلية والخارجية للجزائر، نتيجة تغيرات أسعار البترول في الأسواق العالمية على الرغم من الإصلاحات الاقتصادية التي طبقتها الجزائرلمواجهة اختلالات المؤشرات الاقتصادية.
وتمت دراسة تطـور كـل مؤشـر خـلال فـترة الدراسة2013- 2023بالإضـافة إلى تحليـل كـل مؤشـر علـى حـدى، لهـدا اتبعنا المـنهج الوصـفي التحليلـي ليسهل تحليـل إحصـائيات المؤشـرات الاقتصادية.
Abstract:
This study aims to highlight the role of trade policies in improving the economic performance of countries in general and Algeria in particular, as the trade policies previously followed did not have quite positive results, which led Algeria to think of other ways to revive and develop its economy. The final decision was to move towards trade liberalization, which in turn raises the levels of competitiveness between domestic and foreign production.
Improving economic performance is considered the primary objective of any country, which it strives to achieve through the application of any trade or economic policy. The study concluded that the indicators of Algeria's economic performance witnessed several changes and developments during the study period, during which the hydrocarbon sector played a fundamental role in moving the balances of Algeria's internal and external indicators, as a result of changes in oil prices in global markets, despite the economic reforms applied by Algeria to address the imbalances in economic indicators.
The evolution of each indicator was studied during the 2013-2023 study period, in addition to the analysis of each indicator separately. For this, we followed the descriptive analytical approach to facilitate the analysis of the statistics of economic indicators.
