تم استخدام المنهج الكيفي، بأسلوب المقابلة، حيث تم جمع البيانات بإجراء مقابلات باستعمال دليل مقابلة يحتوي على أسئلة مبوبة حسب عجلة PDCA للتحسين المستمر. أظهرت النتائج أن استجابة شركة SARL SBC لتوجيهات معيار ISO22000 لسلامة الأغذية أفضل من استجابة مؤسسة ملبنة التل Giplaitلإنتاج الحليب ومشتقاته.أي أن استجابة مؤسسات القطاع الخاص لوجيهات معيار ISO22000 لسلامة الأغذية أفضل من استجابة مؤسسات القطاع العمومي.
Giplait responded to the ISO 22000 food safety standard by conducting a comparative study between the private and public sectors and determining which is more responsive. The qualitative approach was used, depending on the interview method, where data was collected by conducting interviews using an interview guide containing questions disaggregated by the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement
The results showed that SARL SBCs response to ISO22000 food safety standard guidance is better than Laiterie Tell's response to milk production and derivatives.
That is, the responsiveness of private sector enterprises to ISO22000 food safety guidance is better than that of public sector enterprises.
