تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اعتماد الدينار الرقمي الجزائري كآلية لإصلاح المنظومة المصرفية، حيث تم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العملات الرقمية ككل بما فيها العملات المشفرة والمستقرة،العملات الرقمية المركزية، إضافة إلى دراسة تجربة إصدار الدينار الرقمي، حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الدينار الرقمي ضرورة حتمية لإصلاح المنظومة المصرفية لكن تجسيد مشروع هذا الأخير مزال ضعيف وسيواجه تحديات مستقبلية.
Abstract:
This study aims to adopt the Algerian digital dinar as a mechanism for reforming the Banking system.
This study addressed the knowledge of digital currencies as a whole, including cryptocurrencies, stable currencies, centralized digital currencies, in addition to studying the experience of issuing the digital dinar.
This study concluded that the digital dinar is an inevitable necessity for reforming the banking system, but the implementation of the latter project is still weak and will face future challenges.
