الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة دور الإدارة الصحية في تحسين تسيير نفايات خدمات الرعاية الصحية في المركز الإستشفائي الجامعي سعادنة محمد عبد النور ووحدتيه"وحدة أمراض العيون، الأنف، الأذن، الحنجرة ووحدة الأم والطفل الباز"، من خلال التفصيل في فصول البحث وتطبيقه على الواقع العملي المعاش.
اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بهدف تحقيق أهداف الدراسة المتمثلة في التعرف على القوانين المنظمة لهذه النفايات ومحاولة تسليط الضوء على واقع تسييرها من خلال التحسيس بمشكل تسيير نفايات النشاطات العلاجية وآثارها السلبية على صحة الفرد وبيئته.
بينت نتائج الدراسة المتوصل إليها باستخدام المقابلة كأداة لجمع المعلومات أن هناك تفاوت في مستوى الوعي بين مدرك وجاهل لأهمية الفرز الجيد لهذه النفايات، وعدم وجود طرق لمعالجة هذه الأخيرة داخل المؤسسات محل الدراسة وتكون معالجتها من طرف مؤسسة خارجية، إضافة إلى وجود مجموعة من المشاكل التي يعانون منها. وكأهم نتيجة توصل لها البحث هي عدم وجود مصلحة خاصة بتسيير نفايات خدمات الرعاية الصحية في المركز الإستشفائي الجامعي سعادنة محمد عبد النور ووحدة أمراض العيون، الأنف، الأذن، الحنجرة.
Summary:
The aim of this study is to learn about the role of the Health management in improving the management of the waste of health-care services at the University Hospital Centre of Saadna Mohamed AbdelNour and his two units "Eye, Nose, Ear, Throat Diseases Unit and Mother and Child El-Bez Unit", by detailing in the research classes and applying it to the working reality of the pension.
This study drew on the analytical descriptive approach with a view to achieving the study's objectives of identifying the laws governing these wastes and attempting to highlight the reality of their management by sensitizing the problem of the management of waste therapeutic activities and their negative effects on the health and environment of the individual.
The results of the study reached using the interview as a tool for gathering information showed that there was a discrepancy in the level of awareness between being aware and ignorant of the importance of good screening of these wastes, the lack of ways to address the latter within the institutions under consideration and the treatment by an external institution, as well as a range of problems they suffer from. As a result of the research, there is no interest in running the waste of health-care services at the University Hospital Centre of Saadna Mohamed AbdelNour and the Eye, Nose, Ear, Throat Diseases Unit.
