KeywordsInventory, Storage Function, Inventory Management, Storage Costs, Fixed Models, Probabilistic Models, Modern Models, Mixed Models, Wilson Model | | Résumé : | هذا البحث يسعى لتحسين إدارة المخزون من خلال استخدام نماذج كمية لتحديد الكمية المثالية للطلب التي تحقق التوازن بين تكاليف الحفظ وتكاليف الطلب. في هذا السياق، تناولنا جميع جوانب المخزون، بما في ذلك وظائف التخزين وإدارة المخزون وتكاليفه داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية. كما استعرضنا عدة نماذج كمية لإدارة المخزون، وأخيرًا، قمنا بتقييم كيفية خفض التكاليف في مطاحن الهضاب العليا بسطيف، وهي إحدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن نموذج Wilson الاحتمالي يعد الأنسب لإدارة طلبات المواد الأولية مثل القمح الصلب والقمح اللين. لمعالجة مشكلة نقص المخزون عندما تكون الكمية المتوقعة أقل من الكمية الفعلية، طبقنا نموذج الفترة الثابتة والكمية المتغيرة لتحديد مستوى مخزون الأمان المثالي. وقد أثبتت التجربة أن تطبيق هذه النماذج يؤدي إلى تقليل التكاليف الإجمالية للمخزون إلى أدنى مستوى ممكن، وأن نموذج Wilson يسهم بشكل فعّال في خفض التكاليف بشكل ملحوظ مقارنةً بالطرق التقليدية التي كانت تستخدمها المؤسسة.
This research aims to improve inventory management by using quantitative models to determine the optimal order quantity that balances holding costs and ordering costs. In this context, we have addressed all aspects of inventory, including storage functions, inventory management, and its costs within economic institutions. We also reviewed several quantitative models for inventory management. Finally, we evaluated how to reduce costs at Les Moulin’s des Hauts Plateaux in Setif, an Algerian economic institution. The research results showed that the probabilistic Wilson model is the most suitable for managing raw material orders such as durum wheat and soft wheat. To address the problem of stock shortages when the expected quantity is less than the actual quantity, we applied the fixed-period and variable-quantity model to determine the optimal safety stock level. The experiment demonstrated that applying these models reduces the total inventory costs to the lowest possible level, and that the Wilson model significantly contributes to cost reduction compared to the traditional methods previously used by the institution
