من خلال دراسة استقصائية في مركز الضرائب بولاية سطيف، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة الى إدراك موظفي مركز الضرائب الأهمية الكبيرة لعصرنة الإدارة الجبائية، وأن عصرنة الإدارة الجبائية ورقمنتها حتما ستؤدي الى التقليل وسهولة تسوية المنازعات الضريبية.
وبناءا على هذه النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات من اجل التسهيل تطبيق العصرنة في الإدارة الجبائية وكذا اسهامها في تسوية النزاع الضريبي.
Abstract
The study was to investigate the modernization of tax administration and its role in settling the tax dispute.
Through a survey at the tax center of the wilaya of Sétif, for the purpose of collecting information, This study concluded that the employees of the tax center realize the great importance of modernizing tax administration, and that the modernization and digitization of tax administration will inevitably lead to the reduction and ease of settlement of tax disputes.
Based on these results, a set of suggestions were made in order to facilitate Applying modernization in tax administration as well as its contribution to the settlement of tax disputes.
