Keywords:Transformational leadership, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, empowerment, crisis management. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة التحويلية بأبعادها (التأثير المثالي، التحفيز الالهامي، الاستثارة الفكرية، الاعتبار الفردي، التمكين)، في إدارة الأزمات. حيث طبقت هذه الدراسة بمؤسسة "مراد فارم" بسطيف، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة شملت 42 عبارة بهدف جمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة المكونة من57 مفردة، وفي ضوء ذلك جرى تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS)، وتم استخدام العديد من الوسائل الإحصائية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، ومن بينها المتوسط الحسابي، ألفا كرونباخ والانحدار الخطي البسيط.
بعد إجراء عملية التحليل لبيانات الدراسة وفرضياتها توصلنا إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها، وجود علاقة ارتباط وأثر معنوي بين القيادة التحويلية وإدارة الأزمات، حيث كان بعد الاستثارة الفكرية الأكثر تأثيرا في إدارة الأزمات مقارنة بالأبعاد الأخرى للقيادة التحويلية.
Abstract:
The study aimed to explore the role of transformational leadership and their dimensions (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, empowerment) on managing crises. This study was conducted at "Murad Pharm" in Sétif. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire with 42 items was designed to collect data from a sample of 57 participants. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS software, employing various statistical methods including mean, Cronbach's alpha, and simple linear regression.
After analyzing the study's data and hypotheses, we found several key results, notably the significant relationship and impact of transformational leadership on crisis management. Specifically, intellectual stimulation emerged as the most impactful dimension of transformational leadership in crisis management compared to other dimensions.

Abstract:
