The field study was conducted at the AGRODIV industrial and commercial enterprise in Setif, where the management officer was interviewed to determine the extent to which the institution under study uses the budget forecast as a tool for planning and monitoring its sales. The results of the study concluded that the institution uses the budget forecast in planning and monitoring its sales by estimating the turnover and calculating and analyzing deviations.
