Keywords: administrative information system, rationalization of decisions, Algiers Mila Telecommunications Corporation | | Résumé : | تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة تسليط الضوء على نظام المعلومات الاداري ودوره في اتخاذ القرارات الرشيدة في المؤسسة، بدراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية ميلة، وقد تم تصميم الاستبيان بغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة المتمثلة باختبار الفرضية الرئيسية الثانية للدراسة والتي تمت صياغتها في السؤال التالي:يساهم نظام المعلومات الاداري في ترشيد القرارات بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لولاية ميلة بمستوى مرتفع.
ومن أجل تحليل واختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم تحليل بيانات 30 استبيان وذلك باستخدام برنامج الحزم الاحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS.V25 وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن نظام المعلومات الإداري يساهم في ترشيد القرارات بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة بنسبة 79.5% حيث نجد في المرتبة الأولى عملية مخرجات بنسبة مساهمة 80% تليها بالمرتبة الثانية معالجة البيانات بنسبة مساهمة 47.8% في حين التغذية الراجعة بالمرتبة الثالثة بنسبة مساهمة 47.7% أما معالجة البيانات بنسبة مساهمة 47.8% كما نجد المدخلات (جمع البيانات) بنسبة مساهمة 12.6% من المجموع الإجمالي للنسب،ونفسر هذا التفاوت في النسب لصالح المخرجات حيث تمثل المخرجات محصلة نظام المعلومات الإداري بعد جمع ومعالجة البيانات والتي تساهم في إعطاء المعلومات لمستخدميها بالدقة والموثوقية.
Abstract:
The study aims to try to shed light on the administrative information system and its role in making rational decisions in the organization, by studying the case of the Algeria Telecom Corporation in the state of Mila. The questionnaire was designed for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study, which is to test the main hypothesis of the study, which was formulated in the following question: What is the extent of the system’s contribution? Administrative information in rationalizing decisions at the Algeria Telecom Corporation in the state of Mila?
In order to analyze and test the study’s hypotheses, the data of 30 questionnaires were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS.V25) program. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which is that the administrative information system contributes to rationalizing decisions in the institution under study by 79.5%, as we find in first place process outcomes. With a contribution rate of 80%, followed in second place by data processing with a contribution rate of 47.8%, while feedback comes in third place with a contribution rate of 47.7%, while data processing has a contribution rate of 47.8%. We also find inputs (data collection) with a contribution rate of 12.6% of the total percentages. We explain this disparity in ratios in favor of the outputs, as the outputs represent the outcome of the administrative information system after collecting and processing the data, which contributes to providing information to its users with accuracy and reliability.
