Information, information technology, information system, accounting information system, financial reports. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في الرفع من كفاءة نظام المعلومات المحاسبي في مؤسسة عطيا فارما لتوزيع الأدوية، ذلك أن المؤسسات تسعى دائما لتطوير وتحديث هذا النظام باستمرار من خلال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات التي توفر معلومات محاسبية ذات جودة عالية وتقديمها إلى كافة مستخدميها من أجل مساعدتهم على اتخاذ القرار، وقد تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهجين الوصفي التحليلي في الجابنب النظري، ومنهج دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي، وبالتطبيق على المؤسسة محل الدراسة تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائح من أهمها أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات سهلت الكثير من المصاعب التي كان يواجهها النظام اليدوي، فقد جعلت آلية تسجيل العمليات ومعالجتها تتم بصورة سريعة جدا وبدقة، حيث مكنت المؤسسة من الحصول على مخرجات النظام في أي وقت تشاء.
Abstract:
This study aimed to demonstrate the role of information technology in increasing the efficiency of the accounting information system in the Attia Pharma Drug Distribution Corporation, as institutions always strive to develop and update this system continuously through the use of information technology that provides high-quality accounting information and presents it to all its users in order to To help them make decisions, this study relied on the descriptive and analytical approaches in the theoretical aspect, and the case study approach in the practical aspect, and by applying it to the institution under study, a set of results were reached, the most important of which is that information technology facilitated many of the difficulties that the system was facing. Manual, it made the mechanism for recording and processing operations very quickly and accurately, as it enabled the organization to obtain the system’s outputs at any time it wanted.
