تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور تكامل إدارة سلسلة التوريد في تحسين أداء الاستيراد لدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وقد تم إجراء الدراسة الميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة اقتصادية جزائرية تابعة للقطاع الخاص، وهي مؤسسة:IRIS TYRES،حيث تم استخدام المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وذلك من خلال استجواب عدد محدد من إطارات المؤسسة.
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تكامل إدارة سلسلة التوريد يلعب دورا هاما في تحسين أداء الاستيراد لدى المؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتبين ذلك أساسا من خلال مجموعة المؤشرات التي تم التطرق لها، والمتعلقة أساسا بمعدلات تنفيذ الخطط التموينية والرضا على طلبات الشراء في الوقت المحدد، بالإضافة إلى علاقة المؤسسة بمورديها، والتي بينت في جلها الأداء الجيد للعملية الاستيرادية في المؤسسة.
Abstract:
This study aims to highlight the role of supply chain management integration in improving the performance of economic enterprises'import operations. The case study was carried out at IRIS TYRES, where the interview was used as a data collection tool, by interviewing a selected number of the company's managers.
The study concluded that the integration of supply chain management plays an important role in improving the import performance of the company studied. This was demonstrated mainly by the set of indicators processed, in particular, those linked to the rates of procurement plan completion, purchase requisition satisfaction rates, and the company's relations with its suppliers, where most of them showed the good performance of the company's import operations.
