خلصت الدراسة الى أن هذه الدول تبنت نظم نقل ذكية مختلفة كل حسب مشاكل النقل البري التي تعاني منها كل دولة، حيث ساهمت هذه الأنظمة بدرجة كبيرة فيالتخفيفمن الازدحام المروري، وحوادث المرور عن طريق الاستغلال الأمثل لشبكة الطرقات وزیادة قدرتها الاستيعابية، تحسين السلامة المروریة، توفیر الراحة والأمن للمتنقلین، وكذا الحد من التلوث من خلال تخفيض استهلاك الطاقة من طرف وسائل النقل المختلفة.
Résumé :
This study aimed to highlight the importance and role of intelligent transport systems in alleviating the problems of road transport, by adopting a descriptive approach, and analyzing the content of reports of government agencies of the United States of America, Seoul City, and the emirate of Abu Dhabi for years (2008 to 2021).
The study concluded that these countries have adopted different smart transportation systems, each according to the land transportation problems that each country suffers from. These systems have contributed greatly to alleviating traffic congestion and traffic accidents by making optimal use of the road network and increasing its carrying capacity, improving traffic safety, Providing comfort and security for commuters, as well as reducing pollution by reducing energy consumption by various means of transportation.
