تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور وظيفة الشراء في تحسين جودة المنتج الصناعي انطلاقا من المتغيرين الرئيسين هما : وظيفة الشراء كمتغير مستقل و التي تم قياسها من خلال خمسة أبعاد المتمثلة في الشراء بالكمية المناسبة، الشراء بالجودة المناسبة، الشراء بالسعر المناسب، الشراء في الوقت المناسب، والشراء من المورد المناسب، والمتغير التابع المتمثل في جودة المنتج الصناعي بأبعادها السبعة التالية: الأداء، الخصائص، الاعتمادية، المطابقة، الديمومة، الصلاحية التشغيلية، الجودة المدركة، وذلك بالقيام بدراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة الوطنية للمنتوجات الكهروكيميائية بسطيف. وتحقيقا لهدف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة من الإطارات والموظفين وعمال المؤسسة محل الدراسة، حيث اشتملت العينة المجمعة على 87 فردا. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن لوظيفة الشراء دور فعال في تحسين جودة المنتج الصناعي بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة طردية قوية بينهما، وبناءا على هذه النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات و الاقتراحات.
Abstract:
This study aims to highlight the role of procurement function in improving the quality of industrial products from the two main variables: The procurement function as an independent variable measured by five dimensions of procurement in the right quantity, procurement in the right quality, purchase at the right price, purchase at the right time, purchase from the right supplier, and the dependent variable of industrial product quality in the following seven dimensions: Performance, characteristics, reliability, conformity, durability, operational validity, perceived quality by conducting a field study at the National Foundation for Electrochemical Products with a spectrum. To achieve the study's objective, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of tyres, staff and workers of the institution in question, with the combined sample comprising 87 individuals. This study concluded that the procurement function was instrumental in improving the quality of the industrial product as well as a strong package relationship between them, and based on these findings a set of recommendations and suggestions were made.
