Keywords: public service, training policy, regional communities | | Résumé : | تمحورت الدراسة المقدمة على موضوع سياسة التكوين في الجماعات الاقليمية ودورها في ترقية الخدمة العمومية، وتجسدت اشكالية الدراسة في مدى تأثير التكوين في ترقية الخدمة العمومية ببلدية صالح باي، استخدم في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المعتمد في الدراسات، واعتمدت في ميدان الدراسة التطبيقية على اجراءات منهجية وأساليب تجسدت في أداة البحث والدراسة المتمثلة في المقابلة من خلال الاستمارة المكونة من اسئلة موجهة إلى موظفي البلدية، وثم تحليل البيانات والمعطيات والوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة التي تؤكدوتثبت بأن التكوين له أثر كبير في ترقية الخدمة العمومية.
Abstract:
The study focused on the topic of training policy in regional communities and its role in promoting public service. The problem addressed in the study revolved around the extent of the impact of training on the promotion of public service in the municipality of Saleh Bay. The study employed a descriptive-analytical methodology commonly used in research studies. In the field of applied research, the study relied on systematic procedures and methods, which weremanifested in the research instrument represented by interviews conducted through a questionnaire directed at municipal employees. The data and information gathered werethenanalyzed to reach the study's findings, which confirmed and demonstrated that training has a significant effect on the promotion of public service.
