Key words: balanced scorecard, performance appraisal, financial metrics and non-financial metrics. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية بطاقة الأداء المتوازن (BSC) في تقييم الأداء الشامل في الشركات الصناعية بشركة الإسمنت عين الكبيرة (SCAEK)، وقد استخدم لذلك الاستبيان كأداة للبحث من خلال توزيعها على عينة بحجم 39 من موظفين وإطارات في الشركة، من أجل إبراز أهمية بطاقة الأداء المتوازن (BSC) في تقييم وتحسين الأداء في الشركة، كونها لا تقتصر على المقاييس المالية فقط وإنما تشمل المقاييس غير المالية.
أعطت نتائج اختبار العلاقة من خلال معامل الارتباط واختبارات تحليل التباين ANOVA للنماذج البسيطة المتعلقة بالمحورين على وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين بطاقة الأداء المتوازن (BSC) والأداء الشامل.
Abstract:
This study aimed to highlight the importance of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in evaluating the overall performance in the industrial companies of the large cement company (SCAEK). The questionnaire was used as a research tool by distributing it to a sample of 39 employees and tires in the company, in order to highlight the importance of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in evaluating and improving performance in the company, as it is not limited to financial metrics only, but also includes non-financial metrics.
