Mots clés: analyse financière, diagnostic financier, évaluation de la performance financière, institution économique, indicateurs d'équilibre financier, ratios financiers | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحليل المالي في تشخيص الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، وأهمية تحليل القوائم المالية من أجل معرفة الهيكل المالي الفعلي للمؤسسة، لأن من أكبر المخاطر التي تعترض طريق المؤسسات في بقائها على قيد الحياة وتحقيق هدف الاستمرارية هي مخاطر الفشل بسبب الأداء المالي السيئ، وعدم قدرة عائدات المؤسسة على تغطية تكاليفها، وبالتالي فإن تشخيص الأداء المالي باستخدام مختلف مؤشرات التحليل المالي أمر لابد منه قبل الوقوع في الخطر.
وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على مؤسسة مطاحن الرياض، لتساهم في تسليط الضوء على أدائها المالي من أجل معرفة ما إن كانت الوضعية المالية مستقرة أو لا، من خلال حساب مؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب المالية، والتي تبين من خلالها أن مؤسسة مطاحن الهضاب العليا مستقلة ماليا وهي بعيدة عن العسر المالي.
Abstract:
This study aims to highlight the role of financial analysis in diagnosing the financial performance of the institution, and the importance of analyzing the financial statements in order to know the actual financial structure of the institution, because one of the biggest risks that impede the institutions’ survival and achieving the goal of continuity is the risk of failure due to bad financial performance, And the inability of the institution's revenues to cover its costs, and therefore the diagnosis of financial performance using various financial analysis indicators is a must before falling into danger.
This study was applied to the Mills of EL RIYADH, to contribute to shedding light on its financial performance in order to know whether the financial position is stable or not, by calculating the financial balance indicators and financial ratios, through which it was found that the Mills of El Riyadh is financially independent and is Far from financial hardship.

Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle de l'analyse financière dans le diagnostic de la performance financière de l'institution, et l'importance d'analyser les états financiers afin de connaître la structure financière réelle de l'institution, car l'un des plus grands risques qui entravent la survie et l'atteinte de l'objectif de continuité est le risque d'échec dû à une mauvaise performance financière, Et l'incapacité des revenus de l'institution à couvrir ses coûts, et donc le diagnostic de la performance financière à l'aide de divers indicateurs d'analyse financière est un must avant de tomber en danger.
Cette étude a été appliquée àMoulins EL RIYADH, pour contribuer à mettre en évidence sa performance financière afin de savoir si la situation financière est stable ou non, en calculant les indicateurs d'équilibre financier et les ratios financiers, à travers lesquels il a été constaté que moulins El Riyadh est financièrement indépendante et loin des difficultés financières.
