وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي:
تبني مقبول من طرف مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر لممارسات الإدارة الإلكترونية مع تسجيل بعض العوائق التي تحول دون تبنيها أهمها معوقات إدارية مثل: الخوف من أعمال القرصنة وفقدان الإحساس بالأمان اتجاه الكثير من المعاملات الإلكترونية.
كما تتوفر المؤسسة على البنية التحتية اللازمة لتبني النهج الإداري الحديث.
Abstract:
The study aimed to find out the extent to which the Algerian institution adopts the practices of electronic management through a case study of a leading institution in the electronic field, which is the Algeria Telecom Corporation – Setif – by using the questionnaire tool and processing it based on the use of a set of statistical tools plus the interview.
The study concluded the following:
Acceptable adoption by the Algeria Telecom Corporation of electronic management practices, with the recording of some obstacles that prevent its adoption, the most important of which are administrative obstacles such as: fear of piracy and loss of a sense of security in the direction of many electronic transactions.
The institution also has the necessary infrastructure to adopt the modern administrative approach
