تعتبر الركيزة الأساسية التي يتم الاعتماد عليها لاتخاذ القرارات. كما تهدف إلى دراسة أهمية نظام
المعلومات وأثره في تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية. وقد تم الاعتماد على التحليل المالي
كأسلوب لتقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة, وذلك من خلال دراسة محتويات القوائم المالية قبل وبعد
تطبيق نظام المعلومات في المؤسسة, وتحليلها وفهمها وتفسيرها, وذلك من أجل الوصول إلى معرفة
الوضعية الحقيقية للمؤسسة.
تم إجراء هذه الدراسة على مؤسسة مطاحن الهضاب العليا بسطيف, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن
نظام المعلومات يؤثر على تحسين الأداء المالي, وذلك من خلال حساب مؤشرات التوازن المالي
ونسب السيولة, وكذلك حساب نسب المردودية التي تساعد في عملية تقييم الأداء المالي للمؤسسة.
Abstract :
This study aims to demonstrate the role of the information system in producing accurate and reliable information, which is considered the fundamental basis for decision-making. It also aims to study the importance of the information system and its impact on improving the financial performance of the economic institution. Financial analysis was adopted as a method for evaluating the financial performance of the institution, through studying the contents of the financial statements before and after applying the information system in the institution, analyzing, understanding and interpreting them, in order to reach an understanding of the true situation of the institution.
This study was conducted on the Upper Highlands Mills company in Setif, and the study concluded that the information system affects the improvement of financial performance, through calculating financial balance indicators, liquidity ratios, and also calculating profitability ratios that help in the process of evaluating the financial performance of the institution.
