Keywords: e-management, obstacles, faculty of economics, Setif University 1. | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلىالبحثفي معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير من وجهة نظر الأساتذة في جامعة فرحات عباس سطيف 1، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي من خلال إعداد استبانة تقيس أربعة معوقات لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية (إدارية، بشرية، مالية وتقنية)، وزعت على عينة دراسة مكونة من 175 أستاذبطريقة عشوائية، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى ا أنعملية تطبيق الإدارةالالكترونية بكليةالعلوم الاقتصادية بجامعة سطيف1 فعلا تتأثر بجملة من المعوقات، إداريةأهمها عدم توافق الهياكل التنظيمية المعتمدة مع تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية، بشريةخاصة ما تعلق بوجود ضعف في تكوين الكفاءات البشرية التي تساهم في نجاح تطبيق الإدارة الإلكتروني، تقنية تمثلت في عدم توافر البنية التحتية التقنية اللازمة لتطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية وماليةأهمها ندرة وجود حوافز مالية للمتميزين في مجال الإدارة الإلكترونية.
'This study aims to investigate the obstacles to implementing electronic management in the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences from the perspective of professors at Ferhat Abbas University of Setif 1. The descriptive method was used by preparing a questionnaire that measures four obstacles to electronic management implementation (administrative, human, financial, and technological), which was distributed randomly to a sample of 175 professors. The study found that the process of implementing electronic management in the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences at Setif 1 University is indeed affected by a range of obstacles. Administrative obstacles include the lack of compatibility between the organizational structures adopted and the implementation of electronic management. Human obstacles are mainly related to the weakness in the formation of human competencies that contribute to the success of electronic management implementation. Technological obstacles include the lack of necessary technical infrastructure for electronic management implementation, while financial obstacles include the scarcity of financial incentives for those who excel in the field of electronic management..
