لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تطرقنا إلى واقع تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر بمختلف الأساليب التقليدية والحديثة، كما سلطنا الضوء على مختلف هياكل الدعم التي وضعتها الحكومة الجزائرية لتطوير هذا النوع من المؤسسات، كما قمنا باظهار المعوقات والمخاطر التي تواجه المؤسسات الناشئة خاصة التمويلية منها.
تعتبر مؤسسات رأس المال المخاطر كأفضل ممول للمؤسسات الناشئة، وقد تبين ذلك من خلال دراستنا لحالة شركة FINALEP.
Summary:
This study aims to identify the mechanisms for supporting and financing institutions in algeria in light of financial constrants and risks .
To achieve the aims of this study we toucheck the reality of financing emerging inititutions in algeria with both traditional and modern styles , We also shed light on the different atructures put in algerian government place to develope this kind of enterprises. We also showed the obstacles and risks that face the emerging institutions especially financing ones capital constitutions are considered as the best startup financing. This evident from our study of FINALEP enterprise.
