Keywords: business incubators, startups, support mechanisms | | Résumé : | بالنظر إلى الدور الرئيسي الذي أصبحت تلعبه المؤسسات الناشئة في الاقتصاديات المعاصرة وبسبب التحديات والصعوبات التي تواجهها في المراحل الأولى من انشائها مثل (مشاكل التمويل، الإدارة، التسيير..) وجب توفير آليات دعم لها ولعل من أبرز هذه الآليات حاضنات الأعمال التي لها أهمية كبيرة في العالم أجمع، والتي لاقت نجاحا بارزا أكدته تجارب دولية.
هذا ما نهدف إليه من خلال دراستنا لموضوع دور حاضنات الأعمال في مرافقة وتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة وبغية التعرف على هذا الدور ميدانيا في الجزائر قمنا بإسقاط الدراسة على حاضنة الأعمال وحاضنة الأعمال الخاصة بجامعة سطيف 1, حيث توصلنا إلى أن الحاضنة تقدم خدمات متنوعة تتوافق مع احتياجات المؤسسة الناشئة المنتسبة لها والتي تساعدها على الاستمرار، غير أنها لازالت تعاني من بعض النقائص وبحاجة إلى تكثيف العمل عليها لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منها.
Summary
Given the main role played by emerging institutions in the contemporary economy and due to the challenges and difficulties faced in the early stages of their estabishment (such as financing problems and management); it is necessary to provide support mechanisms for it ; and one of the most prominent mechanisms is business incubators ; which has great global importance and received great confirmed by international experiences.
This is what we aim to achieve through our study of the subject the role of business incubators in financing and supporting staet up companies ; and in order to understand this role empirically in algeria ; we conducted the study on the business incubator (MBI) and the one of university of farhat abbas setif -1-; where we ve reached to that the incubators offers variety of services that align with the needs of the start up companies and help it to sustain ; but it still suffers from shortcomings and in the need of intesified to achieve desired doals.
