Keywords: financial performance evaluation, group of companies, consolidated statement of cash flows, cash flow indicators. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية تقييم الأداء المالي للمجمع باستخدام قائمة التدفقات النقدية الموحدة التي تعطي الصورة المالیة الحقيقية لمجمع الشركات وكأنه شركة واحدة. بالاعتماد على المؤشرات التدفق النقدي للسنوات 2019-2021.
وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المتعلقة بالموضوع أهمها:أن تقييم الأداء المالي أمر ضروري لمراقبة نشاط المجموعة واتخاذ القرارات التصحيحية بالاعتماد على قائمة التدفقات النقدية الموحدة ومؤشراتها هي "مؤشر جودة الربحية، مؤشر جودة السيولة ومؤشر جودة السياسات المالية".
Abstract.
This study aimed to identify how to evaluate the financial performance of the group using the consolidated statement of cash flows, which gives the true financial picture of the corporate complex as if it is one company. Depending on the cash flow indicators for the years 2019-2021.
Finally, the study summarized a set of results related to the subject, the most important of which are: that assessing financial performance is necessary to monitor the group's activity and take corrective decisions based on the consolidated cash flow list and its indicators are "the quality of profitability index, the liquidity quality index and the quality of financial policies index".
