Keywords: economic integrqtion, foreign direct investments, the European Union. | | Résumé : | تناولنا في هذه الدراسة دور التكتلات الاقتصادية في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الاتحاد الأوروبي، ولقد توصلنا إلى التكتلات الاقتصادية تعتبر احدى الظواهر الاقتصادية التي عرفها العالم خلال القرن الماضي، ولقد زاذ اتساعها وانتشارها واهتمام الدول بها نظرا للمزايا والمكاسب التي توفرها وتسعى إلى تحقيق مجموعة اهداف اهمها، زيادة المنافسة، اتساع حجم السوق، زيادة معدل النمو الاقتصادي اضافة إلى زيادة جاذبية الاستثمارات الأجنبي المباشرة من خلال ازالة كافة العقبات والعراقيل الجمركية.
كما توصلنا إلى ان الاتحاد الأوروبي يعتبر من انجح التكتلات الاقتصادية العالمية، ويعود هذا النجاح إلى التعاون بين الدول الاعضاء وقد تمكن الاتحاد الأوربي من تحقيق العديد من الاهداف التي سطرها بوصوله إلى الوحدة النقدية و زيادة عضويته رغم وجود بعض العقبات التي تواجهه كمشكل الهجرة الغير شرعية و بعض المشاكل السياسية، كما يعتبر استقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبي المباشرة من اهم اهداف انشاء هذا التكتل و قد استطاع تحقيقه حيث ازدادت جاذبية الدول الاعضاء في الاتحاد الأوروبي للاستثمارات الأجنبي المباشرة.
ABSTRACT:
In this study we dealt with the role of economic blocs in the scarcity of foreign direct investment in the European union, and we have concluded that economic blocs are one of the economic phenomena that the world has known over the past century, and its breadth and spread and countries, interest in it has increased due to the advantages and gains it provides and seeks achieving a set of goals, the most important of which are increasing competition, expanding the size of the market, increasing the rate of economic growth in addition to increasing the attractiveness of foreign direct investments by removing all customs obstacles and obstacles.
We also concluded that the European Union is considered one of the most
successful global economic blocs, and this success is due to cooperation between member states. The European Union has been able to achieve many of the goals that it has set by reaching monetary union and increasing its membership despite the presence of some obstacles such as the problem of immigration. Legitimacy and some political problems. Attracting foreign direct investments one of the most important goals of establishing this bloc, and it was able to achieve it as the attractiveness of the member states of the European Union increased foreign direct investments.
