| Résumé : | أصبحت الرقمنة تلعب دورا مهما في جميع بلدان العالم، حيث غزت جميع القطاعات لأهميتها، ومن بين القطاعات التي تتطلب الرقمنة في عصرنا هذا هو القطاع التعليم العالي نظرا لمكانته في المجتمع، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي ومدى نجاعة المنصات الرقمية التعليمية، في تحسين خدمات الجامعية، والمنصات المستخدمة في الجامعات الجزائرية هي منصة بروغرس وموودل.
ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن الرقمنة تكمل التعليم التقليدي ولا تحل محله، كما ساعدت في تحسين من جودة التعليم العالي.
Study Summary:
Digitization has become playing an importantrole in all countries of the word as it has invaded all its importance and among the sectors that require digitizion in our time is the higher education sector die to its posllion in society and this study aims te know the rale of digitization in improving the quality of higher education and the effectiveness of digitat platferms education in mproving university sarvices and the pltforms used in Algerian universities ar the progress and moodle.
Platforme Among the most important findings of the study is that digitization compiements traditiona education and does it also helped improve the quality of higher education.
