This study aims to recognize the role of the account portfolios in improving the quality of financial statements by means of an applied study, namely by studying a sample of the portfolios, The study, along with its theoretical aspect, attempted to address the conceptual framework of the portfolio of accounts as well as financial statements, as well as the role of the portfolio in improving the quality of financial statements. An applied aspect of the questionnaire was used as a field study tool. The questionnaire included several axes and was distributed to a sample of the portfolios. The sample study was 34 individuals. The study found that the portfolio had a role in improving the quality of the financial statements.
