التكوين، عملية التكوين، الأداء، أداء الموارد البشرية، تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية. | | Résumé : | تناولت هذه الدراسة دور التكوين في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة الاستصلاح والتهيئة الريفية EMIVAR -سطيف-، والهدف منها هو معرفة دور التكوين في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية، حيث أجريت دراسة على عينة قدرت 31 فرد بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وتم تحليل البيانات والمعلومات المتحصل عليها من خلال الاستبيان بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، بالإضافة إلى عدة أساليب كالتكرارات والنسب المئوية، المتوسط الحسابي الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط بيرسون... الخ.
إن أهم نتيجة تم التوصل إليها ويمكن استخلاصها من هذه الدراسة هي أن عملية التكوين لها دور مهم في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية.
Abstract :
This study aimed at the role of training in improving the performance of human resources in the Rural Reclamation and Development Corporation EMIVAR - Setif -, and its aim is to know the role of training in improving the performance of human resources, where a study was conducted on a sample of 31 individuals in the institution under study, and the data and information obtained were analysed It was obtained through a questionnaire using the SPSS program, in addition to several methods such as frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient...etc.
The most important conclusion reached and can be drawn from this study is that the training process has an important role in improving the performance of human resources.
