Keywords : insurance companies, financial analysis, financial diagnosis, financial positioning, financial indicators. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إسقاط الضوء على دور التشخيص المالي في شركات التأمين واستخلاص نقاط قوتها وضعفها والوقوف على مدى صحة وسلامة وضعيتها المالية أين تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالإضافة إلى البحث البيبيوغرافي لرصد المراجع الكافية لإنجاز هذه الدراسة، أين توصلنا في الأخير إلى أن لشركة التأمين خصوصية اكتسبتها من خصوصية نشاطها المالي هذا ما أدى تحسين وضعيتها المالية، تطلب هذا جملة من المؤشرات المالية الخاصة لتحديد وضعيتها المالية واستخدام هذه المؤشرات سيضمن سلامة وملاءة المالية لشركة التأمين وبالتالي سيضمن حقوقها وأصحاب المصالح سواء المؤمن لهم والمستثمرين والدولة.
This study aimed to shed light on the role of financial diagnosis in insurance companies, draw their strengths and weaknesses, and determine the correctness and integrity of their financial position where the analytical descriptive curriculum as well as bibiographic research was used to monitor sufficient references to complete this study. Where did we finally find that the insurance company had a privacy that it had gained from the privacy of its financial activity? This requires a set of special financial indicators to determine its financial position and the use of these indicators will ensure the integrity and solvency of the insurance company and thus will guarantee its rights and stakeholders both the insured and investors and the State.
