Keywords: Fiscal control, accounting investigation, tax payer, tax base. | | Résumé : | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحقيق المحاسبي في زيادة الوعاء الضريبي، باعتباره أداة من أدوات الرقابة الجبائية، والتي تعد أداة ردعية للنظام الجبائي الجزائري في مكافحة كل من التهرب والغش الضريبيين واكتشاف مختلف الإغفالات والتلاعبات.
وبعد الإلمام بمختلف الجوانب النظرية للدراسة. قمنا بإجراء دراسة تطبيقية حول إجراءات التحقيق المحاسبي خضعت لها شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة، على مستوى مركز الضرائب لولاية سطيف، للسنوات 2017-2020، من خلال استخدام مختلف طرق الفحص والبحث عن الإغفالات والتلاعبات في مختلف الوثائق، متبعين بذلك برنامج وإجراءات منصوص عليها في القانون. حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة لأن للتحقيق المحاسبي دورا بارزا في زيادة الوعاء الضريبي.

This study aims to highlight the role of the accounting investigation in increasing the tax base, as an instrument of fiscal control, which is a deterrent to the Algerian regime in combating both tax evasion and fraud and detecting various omissions and manipulations.
After learning about the various theoretical aspects of the study, we conducted an empirical (applied) study on the accounting investigation procedure for which a limited liability company, at the tax center level of Setif, was subjected for the years 2017-2020, using various methods of examination and searching for omissions and manipulations in various documents, following a program and procedures provided for by the law. The study found that the accounting investigation played a prominent role in increasing the tax base.
