حوكمة الشركات، المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات، البعد الاقتصادي، القانوني، الأخلاقي، البيئي، الخيري | | Résumé : | في ظل التغيرات الحاصلة في الاقتصاد العالمي، والذي أصبح تقييم الشركات فيه لا يقتصر على القيم الاقتصادية فقط وإنما على القيم الاجتماعية والقانونية والبيئية والأخلاقية وبات من الواجب على الشركات مواكبة هذا التغيير والاهتمام بكل من المسؤولية الاجتماعية وحوكمة الشركات ما يضمن للشركة الأداء الجيد والاستمرارية. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق حوكمة الشركات بالتطبيق على مجموعة من الشركات في ولاية سطيف (مطاحن الهضاب العليا، الشركة الوطنية للمنتجات الكهروكيميائية وشركة الاستصلاح والتهيئة الريفية) بولاية سطيف، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية على هذه الشركات باستخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة وتوزيعها على 75 إطار في كل من الإدارات العليا والوسطى لعينة للدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج من أهمها أن تبني الشركات لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية يعتبر كوسيلة أساسية تساهم في تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات.
Study Summary:
In light of the changes taking place in the global economy, in which the evaluation of companies is not limited to economic values only, but also to social, legal, environmental and ethical values, it has become an obligation for companies to keep up with this change and pay attention to both social responsibility and corporate governance to ensure the company's good performance and continuity. This study aimed to identify the role of social responsibility in achieving corporate governance by applying to a group of companies in the state of Setif (upper plateaus Mills, National Company for electrochemical industries, reclamation and Rural Development Company) in the state of Setif, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a field study was conducted on these companies using the questionnaire form as a study tool and distributed to 75 frames in each of the senior and middle departments for a sample study. The study reached many conclusions, the most important of which is that the adoption of the concept of social responsibility by companies is considered as the main means contributing to the application of corporate governance principles.
