Logistique, performance logistique, compétitivité internationale. | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الأداء اللوجيستي في تعزيز التنافسية الدولية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، وقد تم ابراز أهمية وظيفة اللوجيستك كوظيفة حيوية تساعد المؤسسة في سيرورة أنشطتها وعملياتها بشكل مرن و فعال، إضافة إلى أهمية تحقيق التنافسية الدولية للمؤسسات يساعد في تحقيق الرفاهية للمجتمع ما يعني تحقيق نسب نمو مرتفعة للدولة،لهذا قمنا بإثبات ذلك من خلال دراستنا الميدانية التي كانت بمصنع" سامحا هوم أبلاينسSAMHA Home Appliance" المصنع لمنتجات علامة براندتBrandt النشطة في قطاع انتاج الأجهزة الكهرومنزلية، وقد اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة على أسلوبي المقابلة والملاحظة، وهو ما ساعدنا في جمع معلومات ذات قيمة، تم تحليلها وتفسيرها واستخلاص نتائج تمحورت في الدور الذي يلعبه الأداء اللوجيستي في تحقيق جودة منتجات براندتBrandt بأسعار تنافسية تناسب القدرة الشرائية للمستهلك الجزائري بالخصوص، نظرا لتخفيض التكاليف من جهة وتوفير المنتجات في المكان والزمان المناسبين، وهذا ما يساعد الشركة في تعظيم أرباحها وبقاءها في السوق المحلية والدولية اعتمادا على نسب المبيعات المصدرة المتزايدة كل سنة، وعليه نستخلص أن للأداء اللوجيستي لمصنع " سامحا هوم أبلاينسSAMHA Home Appliance " دور في تعزيز التنافسية الدولية لشركة براندت الجزائر Brandt Algérie. وهذا ما يؤكد الأهداف المرجوة من الدراسة.
This study aimed to know the role of logistics performance in enhancing the international competitiveness of Algerian economic enterprises. The importance of the logistics function was highlighted as a vital function that helps the business in its activities and operations in a flexible and efficient manner. In addition to the importance of achieving international competitiveness for institutions, it helps to achieve prosperity for society, which means achieving high growth rates for the state. This is why we have proven this with our field study, which took place at the “SAMHA Home Appliance” factory, which produces Brandt products active in the production of household appliances. To collect the necessary data and information, we relied on the interview and observation methods, which helped us to collect valuable information. It was analyzed and interpreted And draw conclusions centered on The role that logistics performance plays in achieving the quality of Brandt products at competitive prices that suit the purchasing power of the Algerian consumer in particular, due to the reduction of costs on the one side and the availability of products in the right place and time on the other side, and this is what helps the company to maximize its profits and its survival in the local and international market depending on the ratios The increasing export sales every year, and accordingly we conclude that the logistics performance of the "SAMHA Home Appliance" factory has a role in enhancing the international competitiveness of Brandt Algeria. This confirms the desired goals of the study.
L’objectif de cette étude était de connaître le rôle de la performance logistique dans le renforcement de la compétitivité internationale des institutions économiques algériennes. et l’importance de la fonction logistique a été soulignée comme une fonction vitale qui aide la Fondation à poursuivre ses activités et ses opérations de manière flexible et efficace, En plus de l’importance d’atteindre la compétitivité internationale des entreprises aide à atteindre le bien-être de la société, ce qui signifie atteindre des taux de croissance élevés de l’État C’est pourquoi nous l’avons démontré à travers notre étude de terrain qui était une usine. Usine "SAMHA Home Application" pour les produits de marque Brandt Brandt actifs dans le secteur de la production d’équipements électroménagers,Nous nous sommes appuyés sur la collecte de données et d’informations nécessaires sur les méthodes correspondantes et observationnelles qui nous ont permis de recueillir des informations précieuses, analysées et interprétées, et tirer des conclusions centrées sur le rôle que joue la performance logistique dans la réalisation de la qualité des produits Brandt à des prix compétitifs adaptés au pouvoir d’achat du consommateur algérien notamment en vue de réduire les coûts d’une part et de fournir des produits en le bon endroit et le bon moment, Cela aide l’entreprise à maximiser ses profits et sa survie sur le marché national et international en fonction des ratios de ventes croissants exportés chaque année, et nous concluons donc que la performance logistique d’une usine "SAMHA Home Application" a joué un rôle dans la promotion de la compétitivité internationale de Brandt Algérie.
