Key words: training, workplace accidents, occupational health and safety, occupational diseases, injuries. | | Résumé : | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التدريب في التقليل من حوادث العمل في شركة سانياك BCR وكيفية إدارتها من خلال توضيح العلاقة الموجودة بينهم، ولمعالجة إشكالية الموضوع واختبار صحة الفرضيات استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجزء النظري، ومنهج دراسة حالة في الجزء التطبيقي من خلال الملاحظة وتحليل البيانات الإحصائية وكذلك الاستعانة بوثائق المؤسسة، ويمكن حصر أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها هذه الدراسة في: بروز دور التدريب في التقليل من حوادث العمل، كما أن لبرامج التدريب المتخصص في الأمن والوقاية من الإصابات وحوادث العمل لها فعالية في التقليل من مخاطر وقوع الحوادث، أما على مستوى المؤسسة محل الدراسة فقد خلصنا إلى انخفاض في معدل تكرار الحوادث ومعدل شدة حوادث العمل مما يدل على أن على أن برامج التدريب التي قامت بها المؤسسة كانت فعالة، وفي الأخير ختمنا دراستنا بتوصيات ومقترحات بحثية مستقبلية.
Abstract
The aim of the Study is to examine the role of training in reducing workplace accidents in samiac BCR company and how it is managed by highlighting the relationship between them. To address the research problem and test the hypotheses a descriptive-analytical approach was used in the theoretical part, and a case Study methodology was employed in the empirical part through observation and analysis of statistical data, as well as the utilization of company documents. The key findings of this study cam be summarized as follows: the importance of training in reducing workplace accidents is evident, and specialized training programs in safety, injury prevention, and accupational hazards have proven effective in mitigating the risks of accidents. At the company level under study, a decrease in the frequency rate and severity rate of workplace accidents was abserved, indicating the effectiveness of the training programs implemented by the organization. Finally, the study concludes with recommendation and future research proposals.
