Keywords: exchange reserve, exchange reserve’s policy, exchange price, exchange market. | | Résumé : | تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الإلمام بالإطار النظري لاحتياطي الصرف وتسييره، وتحديد المستويات المثلى منه في ضل المخاطر التي يمكن أن يتعرض لها، وتتلخص هذه الدراسة أيضا على معرفة واقع تطور احتياطي الصرف الجزائري في الفترة الممتدة من سنة 2010 إلى غاية 2020، وذلك عن طريق معرفة بعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية، المتمثلة في حجم احتياطي الصرف، سعر الصرف، وسعر النفط، وكذا تحديد مؤشرات كفاية احتياطي الصرف وقياس نسبها، إضافة إلى ذلك، إبراز دور البنك المركزي الجزائري في تحديد السياسات المناسبة لتسيير احتياطي الصرف.
Abstract:
This study seeks to get acquainted with the theoretical framework of the exchange reserve and its management, and to determine the optimal levels of it, In light of the risks that it may be exposed to, represented in the size of the exchange reserve, the exchange rate, and the price of oil, as well as identifiying indicators of the adequacy of the exchange reserve and measuring their ratios, in addition, highlighting the role of the Central Bank of Algeria in determining appropriate policies for the management of the exchange reseve.
