Information system, strategic vigilance, decision-making, opportunities and threats. | | Résumé : | تعيش وتنمو المؤسسات في بيئة تتصف بالتعقيد والاضطراب، كما أن تطور تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال أدى إلى تنوع وتضاعف حجم المعلومات على المستوى العالمي بمعدل غير عادي، كل هذا أدى إلى تعقد القرارات الواجب اتخاذها في المؤسسات، وزيادة أهمية المعلومات كعنصر أساسي للمنافسة. ولكي تتمكن المؤسسة من اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة وجب عليها التجهز بنظام معلومات حديث لمسايرة التغيرات الحاصلة يتمثل في نظام اليقظة الإستراتيجية الذي يعد قوة حقيقية للمؤسسات حيث تترجم قدرتها المتميزة على توقع المستقبل، فهي لا تسمح فقط باستغلال الفرص وتجنب التهديدات، وإنما تسعى إلى تحليل حركة الفعاليات الاقتصادية، وتأمين الحماية لها، فهي بذلك أداة حقيقية لصنع واتخاذ القرار الإستراتيجي للمؤسسة وذلك باتخاذ أفضل القرارات الإستراتيجية.
Abstract:
Institutions live and grow in a complex and turbulent environment, and the development of information and communication technology has led to the diversity and doubling of the volume of information at the global level at an extraordinary rate, all of which has led to the complexity of decisions to be made in institutions, and the increasing importance of information as an essential element of competition. In order for the institution to be able to make appropriate decisions, it must be equipped with a modern information system to keep pace with the changes taking place, represented in the strategic vigilance system, which is a real strength for institutions, as it translates its distinguished ability to anticipate the future, as it not only allows exploiting opportunities and avoiding threats, but also seeks to analyze the movement of economic activities, and secure protection for them, as it is a real tool for making and making strategic decisions for the institution by making the best strategic decisions.
