الاتصال، الاتصال الداخلي، التقييم، التدقيق | | Résumé : | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تقييم الاتصال الداخلي في تحسين العملية الاتصالية بجامعة فرحات عباس 1سطيف، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة شملت 32 عبارة بهدف جمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة المكونة من53 مفردة، وفي ضوء ذلك جرى تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج spss، وتم استخدام العديد من الوسائل الإحصائية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. بعد اجراء عملية التحليل لبيانات الدراسة وفرضياتها توصلنا إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها، أنه لتقييم الاتصال الداخلي دور ضعيف في تحسين العملية الاتصالية من خلال محوري محتوى وأدوات الاتصال.
Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the role of internal communication assessment in improving the communication process at Ferhat Abbas University 1 in Setif. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was designed, consisting of 32 statements, in order to collect data from a sample of 53 individuals. In light of this, the data was analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the SPSS software. Several statistical methods were employed to achieve the study's objectives.After analyzing the data and hypotheses of the study, several results were obtained. One of the prominent findings was that internal communication assessment has a limited role in improving the communication process through the axes of tools and communication content.
